Meet Jacqueline
Coaching shaped by complexity, transition, and quiet patterns beneath how people change.
What creates tension is not always what first appears.
Sometimes what’s really happening takes time to come into view.
There are moments when life still looks steady, but something underneath no longer fits.
Nothing is falling apart. Yet, you yearn to find your space, who you are, where you stand.
That’s usually where I meet people.
You are not alone, and you don’t have to handle it all by yourself.
My Journey Starts
I grew up in Hong Kong as the eldest daughter in a traditional Chinese family,
where expectations were often understood before they were spoken.
There was a way to behave.
A way to do things properly.
A way to be ‘the responsible eldest daughter’.
I learned to read what was needed, adapt quickly, and carry responsibility seriously.
This is also where I learned to keep things moving —
even when something didn’t fully feel right.
Then the Journey Shifted
Moving to the United States changed more than my environment.
For the first time, I noticed the tension between
what was expected
and what was actually true.
Once seen, it didn’t disappear.
As the Journey Continued
I built a 20-year career at Microsoft, leading global cross-functional teams and programs across Windows, Office365, eCommerce and Windows Live —
at the scale and ambiguity that defines senior technical leadership.
From the outside, everything looked stable.
Internally, there were questions I didn’t stop to answer:
Am I doing this right?
What if I fail?
What if I succeed — and can I sustain it?
Those questions didn’t stay contained to work. They moved through roles, relationships, expectations.
I experienced both supportive and difficult environments. I had also gone through layoffs.
What Became Clear
These experiences shaped what I now focus on most deeply: rebuilding career and identity after disruption, women navigating tech and competing loyalties, and sensitive leaders learning to lead from depth rather than apologize for it.
What looks like a single problem is rarely just one thing. It’s how things connect — or don’t.
Expectations that aren’t aligned
Things that are felt but not said
Roles that no longer fit, but still shape decisions
You can keep moving forward
and still feel something is off.
Let's Connect
Over years of doing this work — first informally, then formally — I built the P.A.T.H.™ framework. It's the through-line in every conversation I have now, and this is where I work.
Not only on what’s visible, but on what sits underneath — patterns, gaps, connection points.
I help people:
see what is actually happening
understand what’s shaping their decisions
move from reacting to responding
make decisions with more clarity
Not by pushing harder, but by seeing more precisely.
30-minute conversation. Offered at no cost. Held over Zoom or phone.
If you prefer not to schedule for a free conversation right away, you’re welcome to send a message. I’ll get back to you personally.
