Let’s have a conversation
30 minutes. Free. Over Zoom or phone. No agenda beyond understanding what you’re navigating.
If it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so and point you toward whatever resource or referral I can.
I coach in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
What Happens Next
You pick a time that works. It’s confirmed straight away — no back and forth.
Our conversation is 30 minutes, over Zoom.
It’s free, and there is no expectation of continuing.
We’ll talk about what you’re navigating and whether this work fits.
If it does, we’ll talk through what working together would look like.
If it doesn’t, I’ll point you toward whatever resource or referral I can.
Prefer to write first?
A few sentences is plenty. I’ll reply personally within 24 - 48 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions

A therapist helps you heal what hurts — past pain, trauma, mental health conditions. A coach helps you see clearly and move forward. This work is future-oriented by design: your history matters and it will com up, but we work on whether you’re going. If what you’re carrying needs healing, I can help you find the right person and we can work concurrently.
-

Some employers do fund coaching — more and more of them do, actually. It’s worth asking your manager or HR for more details. If they do, I can provide the paperwork they need.

You’re still the client. Your employer confirms that sessions are happening. Anything beyond that — including any summary of what we’re working on — goes to them only if you’ve agreed to it in writing. They never receive the content of our conversations.
