Everything still works.

Something still stirs.

Coaching for high-achievers and deeply-feeling leaders and professionals — in pivot, in transition, or even at a crossroad — to who are becoming, to who want to become.

Where unclear comes into focus, and what you decide actually fits.

15+ YEARS AT A FORTUNE 50 TECH COMPANY · OVER TWO DECADES IN GLOBAL TECH PROGRAM LEADERSHIP · TRAINED AT ERICKSON COACHING INTERNATIONAL ·

COACHING IN ENGLISH, CANTONESE & MANDARIN

Free. 30 minutes. No pitch.
If it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so.

You’ve probably said some version of this out loud

“On paper, I should be happy.”

“I’m the person everyone comes to. I don't know who I go to.”

“I’m leading people through something I haven’t worked out myself.”

“I don’t want the next rung. I want to know whether the ladder is mine.”

“I’ve been the responsible one for so long I don’t know what I’d want otherwise.”

“I could keep doing this for ten more years. That’s what worries me.”

None of this is a crisis. That’s what makes it hard to act on — nothing is broken enough to force a decision, and nothing is right enough to settle into.

You’re not short on insight. You’re too close to the situation to use it.

The work starts with a question most people haven’t been asked in a long time: what do you actually want?

What we work on

Executive & Leadership Coaching

— the role you hold, the people you inspire.

— where you are now, and what you will move towards.

Career & Transition Coaching

Personal & Identity Coaching

— who you are, and who you’re choosing to become.

Sessions are 45 minutes — weekly to begin with, then every two weeks. Most engagements run several months.

The P.A.T.H.™ Framework

Four movements that turn what you’re already sensing into something you can act on.

“I came to Jacqueline feeling frustrated and pulled in different directions, unable to name what was underneath all of it. Through our conversations, I found clarity on what was actually driving it — and a different way of looking at the situation. What stood out was how she helped me see and hear myself more clearly. I left with a new perspective and a sense of what to do with it. Having someone who holds space for you to think more clearly, rather than just telling you what to do, makes more of a difference than I expected.”

~ P.C.

A friend, a therapist, and a coach walk into your life

A friend listens with love, and usually has a stake in what you decide.

A therapist helps you heal what hurts. If something is genuinely wounded, that’s the right room.

A coach helps you see clearly and move forward — with structure, and no agenda about which way you go.

The closest analogy is a personal trainer. A workout buddy is wonderful — they cheer you on and keep you company. A trainer is trained: they see patterns in your form you can’t, and they build structure for where you’re going.

Why me

ICF-accredited training through Erickson Coaching International — so we'll be solution-focused and forward looking wherever you plan to go.

15+ years at a Fortune 50 tech company, and over two decades leading global technology programs — so you don’t have to explain the reorg, the review cycle, or why the thing that looks like a people problem is a scope problem.

Raised as the eldest daughter in a traditional Chinese family in Hong Kong — so unspoken expectation is something I recognize rather than something you have to explain.

English, Cantonese and Mandarin — because the family material often lives in the first languages, and some of it can’t be reached in translation.

I’ll ask more than I’ll tell. The decisions stay yours.

What happens next
