‍ ‍LEADERSHIP & TRANSITION COACHING

Everything still works.

Something still stirs.

For thoughtful professionals and leaders navigating change, complexity, and important decisions — across work, relationships, and life.

A space to gain clarity, understand what truly fits, and move forward with direction and steady action.

Sometimes, what’s needed
is space to reflect, clarity on what matters, and direction to take shape.

Sometimes these moments arrive quietly.

Life continues to demand attention — work, responsibilities, relationships, decisions. Often all at once.

And when you’re in the middle of it, it’s not always easy to step back, see clearly, or separate what truly matters from what simply feels urgent.

Not because you lack insight, but because you’re too close to it — carrying context, expectations and responsibilities that are not easy to set aside.

This is where something begins to shift, where what feels unclear starts to make more sense, and you can begin to move with greater steadiness, leading yourself in a way that feels more grounded and your own.

Who This Work Is For

This work tends to resonate when something in your life is beginning to shift — even if everything still appears steady on the surface.

You may recognize yourself here:

  • you carry significant responsibility — at work or within your family — yet find yourself
quietly questioning whether it still fits

  • you are navigating a transition — in leadership, career, relationships, or life stage — and nothing
    feels fully defined yet

  • you are used to being the steady one for others, but have little space to process what is changing
    for you

  • you think carefully and deeply, yet decisions feel heavier or more complex than they used to

  • you sense something needs to shift, but pushing harder no longer feels like the answer

Often, people arrive here not because something is broken, but because something meaningful
is beginning to emerge.

In these moments, what is needed is not more pressure — but space, clarity, and a way forward.

A Path Forward with Intention

Change doesn’t happen all at once — and it rarely comes from pushing harder.

It begins by seeing more clearly, understanding what truly matters, and finding a way
to move forward that can be sustained.

The P.A.T.H. framework offers a simple structure for working through what is already present,

one step at a time.

The P.A.T.H. Approach

Pause

Step out of automatic responses

When everything feels urgent, it’s easy to react before you’ve had the chance to really process what’s happening.

Pause creates space to slow down, step back, and notice what is actually shaping the moment — not what just feels pressing.

This is where perspective begins.

Acknowledge

Recognize what is true

Often, what is shaping your decisions is not immediately visible — patterns, assumptions, expectations, and internal tension can all sit beneath the surface.

Acknowledge brings these into view, so you can recognize what is true, what is working, and where misalignment needs attention.

This is where clarity begins.

Translate

Turn insight into direction

Insight alone doesn’t always tell you what to do next. The challenge is turning what you now understand into something you can actually move forward with.

Translate helps shape what you are seeing into direction — decisions, boundaries, or ways of responding that reflect your reality.

This is where movement begins.

Hold

Stay steady as life continues

As you move forward, old patterns, outside pressure, and familiar habits do not simply disappear.

Hold helps you stay anchored in what you have clarified, so what is changing can remain present even as life keeps moving.

This is where change begins.

This is both a way to work through what is in front of you, and a rhythm you can return to as life continues to unfold.

This work meets you in what you are already navigating.

A minimalist Zen garden with carefully placed stones, reflecting stillness, balance, and thoughtful presence.

This work meets you in what you are already navigating — moments of transition, tension, or the quiet sense that something needs to shift.

We work with what is real and present, not hypothetical.

Through structured conversation, we slow things down, make sense of what is unfolding, and begin to shape a way forward that fits you — not just in theory, but in practice.

Ways We Work Together

Choose the conversation that reflects where you are.

Individual Coaching

Clarity and direction in moments of transition

When something begins to shift, it can be difficult to see clearly from within it.

In our conversations, we slow things down, surface what is shaping your thinking, and identify where you may be stuck or pulled in competing directions.

From there, we begin to shape decisions, boundaries, and next steps that feel grounded and workable in your life.

Clients often leave with:

  • a clearer understanding of what is actually going on beneath the surface

  • direction that reflects their reality, not just expectation

  • the ability to move forward with more confidence and steadiness

Leadership Coaching

Steady leadership in complexity and responsibility

As responsibilities grow, so does the weight of decisions, expectations, and visibility.

Our work focuses on how you think, decide, and lead under pressure — especially when there is no obvious right answer.

We examine patterns, blind spots, and competing demands so you can lead with greater clarity, sound judgment, and composure.

Leaders often develop:

  • clearer decision-making in complex situations

  • steadiness in how they respond under pressure

  • greater awareness of how they impact others

Couples Coaching

Understanding and communication through tension

When a relationship feels strained, what is happening beneath the surface is not always visible or easy to name.

We work to surface patterns, needs, and assumptions that shape how you relate to one another.

From there, we rebuild communication in a way that is more direct, grounded, and mutual.

Couples often begin to:

  • communicate with more clarity and less defensiveness

  • understand each other’s efforts and perspectives more fully

  • reconnect with a stronger sense of partnership

Group Coaching

Shared reflection and expanded perspective

In a group setting, insight often emerges through hearing and being heard across different perspectives.

These conversations create space for reflection, connection, and new ways of seeing what you are navigating.

The group becomes part of the process — not to give advice, but to deepen understanding.

Participants often gain:

  • new ways of seeing their own situation

  • insight shaped by diverse perspectives

  • language and clarity they can carry forward

Wherever you are starting from, we begin with what is real — and work forward from there.

CADENCE PATH

If this resonates, it may help to know a little about how I approach this work.

Jacqueline Tang, founder of Cadence Path, offering leadership and transition coaching with a calm, grounded approach.

About My Work

By the time people arrive here, something in their lives is already beginning to shift.

From the outside, much may still appear steady. Responsibilities are carried. Expectations are met.

But internally, questions about direction, balance, and meaning begin to surface.

More often than not, these moments arrive quietly.

My work is to help you slow that moment down — to make sense of what is unfolding, and to move forward in a way that fits your reality.

I’m Jacqueline. I’ve spent years working in complex environments within a Fortune 50 company — leading large-scale programs, navigating competing priorities, and making decisions where there was rarely a clear answer. Much of that work was not just about execution, but about helping people and teams move forward through uncertainty.

My curiosity about how people carry responsibility and relate to one another began much earlier. Growing up in a traditional family environment, I saw how expectations, roles, and unspoken dynamics shape how decisions are made and how people respond to one another.

Over time, I began to recognize these same patterns not only in families, but in workplaces, relationships, and leadership. I’ve had to work through many of these patterns myself — moments where I was carrying responsibility, meeting expectations, and quietly questioning whether what I was doing truly fit.

Learning to step back, see more clearly, and make decisions that required both clarity and courage has shaped how I hold this work. I came to see that meaningful change rarely comes from pressure alone. It begins by stepping back, seeing more clearly, and working through what is actually present — rather than reacting to what feels urgent.

This is also what makes this work different from simply talking things through with someone you know. Our conversations are structured, intentional, and focused — not to give you answers, but to help you see more clearly, recognize what is shaping your decisions, and develop a way forward that fits your reality.

Alongside my professional work, music and creative expression have always been part of my life. Years of performing, teaching, and listening closely to others have shaped how I hold conversations — with patience, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s complexity.

Through this work, you begin to:

  • understand your own patterns and blind spots more clearly

  • make decisions that reflect what truly matters to you

  • move forward with greater steadiness and self-trust

Over time, you are not just working through one situation — you are learning how to lead yourself through what comes next.

Clarity doesn’t arrive all at once. It begins when we pause, look more closely, and take the next step.

Moments of transition rarely arrive with clear instructions.

What often helps is having the space to slow things down, work through what is unfolding, and begin to see what actually matters.

An initial conversation is a place to do that — to explore what you’re navigating, and to experience what it’s like to think through your situation with structure, clarity, and care.

No pressure — simply a space to
think things through, together.
